3-Day Check Warranty
We offer a 3-day checking warranty from the date of delivery:
- If the product is defective, not working, or significantly different from what was shown, you can contact us within 3 days to request a replacement or refund.
- After 3 days, we are not responsible for any claims regarding functionality, damage, or defects.
Change of Mind
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or without any valid reason:
- You must send the product back to us at your own shipping cost.
- Only 50% of the product price will be refunded once we receive the item in unused and original condition.
General Return Terms
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging, with tags, unused, and in resalable condition.
- No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are:
- Physically damaged after delivery
- Mishandled or altered by the customer
- Returned without proper packaging
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our conditions.
- Custom orders or limited editions are not eligible for return unless damaged on arrival.

- Share a photo/video proof of the issue.
